Teacher charged with 20 counts of indecent assault to be produced in the Lautoka Magistrates Court

A teacher in his 20s who is charged with 20 counts of indecent assault will be produced in the Lautoka Magistrates Court today.

The man allegedly indecently assaulted two of his students at his quarters earlier this month.

He is alleged to have played with the victim’s private parts on several different occasions.

The teacher is alleged to have committed the offences during a study camp where the two victims who are both 13 years old were staying in his quarters.

One of the victim’s relayed the alleged incident to his parent and a report was lodged with the school management and then the Police.
