Police have revealed that the 59-year-old man who was found dead with his 51-year-old wife at their Saweni home in Lautoka on Saturday is alleged to have taken his own life.
The case has been classified as alleged murder suicide.
The body of the woman was found in a pool of blood inside their home while the body of the husband was found outside the house.
The discovery was made by their daughter-in-law.
