Waqabaca says they can see heavy swells that are over 5 metres high and some houses were shaken by the strong winds.
Our interview got cut off as we could hear the sound of strong winds and heavy rain.
In Fulaga, Joji Vulaono who is speaking from Fulaga District School says they have been experiencing strong winds with Evacuation Centres already set up for the villagers.
