Lokia, Nausori, earlier this morning.

Police have stopped movement from Naqali Bridge to Vunidawa as the bridge is now flooded.

Commissioner Central Setareki Tale has also rubbished claims on social media about a curfew in Nausori.

Tale said Police were in town in the last hour sending students home.

He added that a number of students were seen loitering in town this morning after they were sent home from their respective schools.

Meanwhile, Tale said various evacuation centres in the Central Division are expected to open by this afternoon.

Tale said they are closely monitoring the Navua and Rewa River level.
