Energy Fiji Limited has confirmed that it will be conducting an urgent maintenance and upgrade to its EFL Prepay System.
It says that people who use Energy Fiji Limited’s Prepay Electricity systems will not be able to purchase the prepay electricity tokens via MPAISA or DIGIMONEY from 10pm tonight till 3am tomorrow morning.
Energy Fiji Limited says that all it’s Prepay Electricity Customers are requested to purchase their tokens and top‑up their Prepay Electricity Meters before the scheduled maintenance time to avoid any inconvenience.
Energy Fiji Limited Acting CEO Bobby Naimawi has confirmed that their technicians will work with their supplier to carry out this maintenance and upgrade.
Naimawi says that the upgrade work is planned to be carried out from 10pm tonight till 3am tomorrow morning to minimize its impact on it’s prepay customers.
Energy Fiji Limited apologizes for any inconvenience that may be caused as a result of this maintenance and upgrade exercise and people can contact 132-333 or 5333 for any queries.
