We are getting sick of saying we should’ve won - Jackson

We are getting a little bit sick for saying that we should have won a game.

These were the words of Swire Shipping Fijian Drua coach Glen Jackson as they look forward to their round 10 Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific clash against the Waratahs in Lautoka this weekend.

Jackson says he is always confident in his players even though the results have not been going their way in the past few games, and in terms of what they have done in parts of the game, the team has shown that they are a quality outfit.

He says it is just the little individual errors and team mistakes at the beginning and falling off in the end when they are chasing the game that proved too costly.

When asked by fijivillage News on what will be their strategy this weekend against the Waratahs, Jackson says it is to front up.

He says after the last time they played the Waratahs, there has been plenty of energy and motivation from some of the moments in that game that they are excited to front up.

He adds he thinks the players enjoy playing the boys from Sydney, they have sort of changed the way they are playing at the moment.

Jackson says it is important that there is no problem with the Drua players fronting up to be ready for this game.

The Drua will take on the Waratahs at 2.05pm this Saturday at Churchill Park in Lautoka.

In other matches this week, the Crusaders will host the Blues at 7.05pm Friday, Moana Pasifika will take on the Brumbies at 4.35pm Saturday, the Chiefs will play the Highlanders at 7.05pm Saturday, and the Western Force will take on the Hurricanes at 9.35pm Saturday.
