The Rugby Football Club Los Angeles from Major League Rugby in the United States of America is looking forward to some big collisions and some exciting rugby next week when they take on the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua in a first-ever cross-over match between two teams from two different competitions.
RFCLA Captain Jason Dam says this is the first of its kind and it is an honour for him and his team to be playing against a team like the Fijian Drua in Fiji.
Dam says they are super excited to be here in Fiji as some of the players are in Fiji for the first time including him.
RFCLA will feature Olympic gold medallist Semi Kunatani in their squad this year.
The Los Angeles club from Major League Rugby will take on the Drua at 3pm next Friday at Churchill Park.
The match will be accessible to as many fans as possible, and the ticket prices are $5 for the grass embankment and $10 for the stands.
Tickets will be available for sale online at drua.flicket.io as well as at Jack’s of Fiji outlets, XL Sports outlets and Damodar.
