The Fiji Airways Fiji 7s side is looking forward to going out this weekend and showing Dubai what Fiji Rugby has in store and the whole way of playing Fiji Rugby 7s.
Coach Osea Kolinisau says he wants to see his players play as a team and execute all their defensive setups and attacking patterns.
Kolinisau says he would like to see the players fully understand what they have been practising and that they play to the expected level and play the Fijian style of rugby.
Fiji will take on Spain at 6.06 pm on Saturday in their first match, they will then take on the USA at 9.52pm the same evening before they play NZ at 3.16am on Sunday in their final pool match. The men’s cup quarterfinals will kick off at 6.48pm Sunday, the semifinals will start at 10.06pm Sunday, and the cup final will be at 4.11am Monday, December 2nd.
Meanwhile, the Fiji Airways Fijiana 7s side will take on Ireland at 5.44pm Saturday in their first pool match, they will then face Australia at 9.05pm the same evening and then play China at 1.13am Sunday in their final pool match.
The women’s cup quarterfinals will kick off at 5.20pm Sunday, the semifinals will begin at 9.12pm and the cup final will be at 3.35am next Monday.
