The HSBC Perth 7s is set to host the third round of the 2024/2025 HSBC SVNS World Series with the first day kicking off tomorrow as the world’s best 12 men’s and women’s rugby sevens teams meet at HBF Park to battle for supremacy.
With four different title winners across the opening two rounds in Dubai and Cape Town, the Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s and the New Zealand women currently lead the standings.
With a large number of star-studded Olympians on show alongside new breakthrough talent, the action is set to be more competitive than ever.
In a landmark first, the women’s cup final will be the last showpiece match of the tournament.
Fiji will take on Uruguay at 3.22pm tomorrow in their first pool match of the Men’s competition, they then face Kenya at 7.59pm tomorrow before playing New Zealand at 4.22pm Saturday in their final pool match.
The Men’s Cup quarter finals will kick off at 9.27pm Saturday, the semi finals will be at 7.05pm Sunday and the cup final will kick off at 11.35pm.
The Fijiana 7s will take on the USA at 4.06pm tomorrow in their first pool match in the women’s competition, they will then play Canada at 8.21pm tomorrow before facing Great Britain at 6.19pm Saturday in their final pool match.
The Women’s cup quarter finals will kick off at 12.02am Sunday, the cup semi finals will start at 7.49pm Sunday and the cup final will kick off at 12.11am Monday.
