Some players of two soccer clubs from Nasinu will appear before the Nasinu Soccer Association’s Disciplinary Committee after they were involved in a fight during the local league competition on Sunday.

Nasinu Soccer Association President, O'neil Chand says they will not refer the matter to Police at this stage and will deal with it through their Disciplinary Committee.

He says the clubs involved are Farmers FC and NTC Sports.

Chand confirms a player was not happy with the referee’s decision and this is when some players from the two teams launched an attack on each other.

He says the players and officials can be fined and suspended.
