Liverpool has moved nine points clear at the top of the English Premier League table as they edged AFC Bournemouth 2-nil this morning at the Vitality Stadium in England.
Mohamed Salah who scored twice is now on 178 league goals, lifting him to sixth on the list in the Premier League era.
Bournemouth had already gained win over Arsenal, Manchester City and Nottingham Forest this season.
In other matches, Nottingham Forest thrashed Brigton 7-0, Everton beat Leicester City 4-0, Wolves edged Aston Vila 2-0, Southampton edged Ipswich Town 2-1 while, Fulham beat Newcastle United 2-1.
Liverpool is leading the table with 56 points followed by Arsenal with 47 points, Nottingham Forest is third with 47 points while Manchester City is fourth with 41 points.
