In order to keep lifting his game to a whole new level, Fiji Airways Fiji Men’s 7s rookie George Bose is working on adopting a whole new mindset when playing in the international 7s arena.
The former BLK Lavidi Brothers player says there was a whole new transition from playing local club rugby to making his international 7s debut over the weekend in the HSBC Dubai 7s.
Bose says it is all about keeping a positive mindset and learning new things every day.
The Navosa man says one thing he has learnt is that he should be avoiding the mindset that he is still playing local rugby and come to terms that he is now playing international rugby.
Bose says having a mindset that he is still playing local rugby will only keep pulling him back from moving forward with his career.
Fiji is in Pool A for the Cape Town 7s alongside Uruguay and Great Britain. Meanwhile, the Fiji Airways Fijiana 7s side is in Pool D alongside Great Britain and the USA.
The Cape Town 7s will kick off this Saturday.
