The Black Ferns have secured the women’s HSBC Hong Kong 7s title after super star Jorja Miller scored a double to help her team win.
Miller was brilliant on both sides of the ball not only scoring, but also securing crucial turn overs.
Michaela Brake and skipper Sarah Hirini also got on the score sheets while Maddison Levi’s double for Australia could not help them get the win.
New Zealand shut down the Aussies and starved them of the ball holding on to possession for at least 80 percent of the game.
The teams will be ready to go again next week as the series moves to Singapore.
