The Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team have set their focus on breaking their title drought in the Dubai 7s.
Fiji last won the tournament in 2015 when they beat England 28-17 in the final.
South Africa has been a dominant winner of the tournament with 7 wins over the last 8 tournaments.
Fiji 7s extended squad member Suliano Volivoli says it has been a while since they won in Dubai and that is their top priority right now as they look to kick start the 2024/2025 HSBC SVNS Series on a high.

Volivoli says coach Osea Kolinisau’s message to them is clear and that is to work on their their physical strength and spiritual side as well.
The Vunibau, Serua man says Kolinisau has also been encouraging them not to lose hope and that they have to win first on the training field before they can replicate that outside.
He says the morale in camp is high as they have one more week of training before the final team is named.
The Dubai 7s will be held from November 29th to December 1st.
