Fiji Water Flying Fijians coach Mick Byrne says the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua side is good for Fiji Rugby.
Byrne highlighted this to the media during their post match press conference after their 52-17 loss to Ireland saying the Drua are definitely helping Fiji rugby.
He says some of the Drua players have only had two years in professional rugby so they will be better for it.
The former Drua coach says when they come together as a national team, the depth is there and it does all go well for the future of Fiji rugby.
He says to have a professional side operating down in the Southern Hemisphere and bringing the two groups of players together is a good thing for the future.
