The Australian Women’s Rugby League team have booked themselves a spot in the final of the Women’s Rugby League World Cup after thrashing Papua New Guinea 82-0 this morning.
Emma Tonegato's terrific hat-trick of tries and assists helped Australia ease past the Orchids as the defending champions ran out with the convincing win in York.
Australia will play for a third straight title after running in 15 tries in total.
Australia will face New Zealand at 1am Sunday.
Meanwhile, Samoa will face Australia at 4am Sunday in the final of the Men’s Rugby League World Cup.
