Wallabies prop Allan Alaalatoa has re-gained the captaincy as Joe Schmidt revamps his side for Monday's Test against Wales.
Alaalatoa returns to the starting side in place of Taniela Tupou, one of six changes to the starting side from the thrilling win over England.
The Brumby takes the captaincy with Harry Wilson ruled out due to concussion, paving the way for Seru Uru to make his debut start in the gold jersey and Zane Nonggorr onto the bench.
He is joined by Reds teammate Fraser McReight and Rob Valetini, who brings up his 50th Test match.
Meanwhile, overseas stars Samu Kerevi and Will Skelton will make their first appearances of 2024.
Kerevi slots into the centres alongside Len Ikitau, with debuting star Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii set to finish the game.
The Japanese-based centre will join Valetini in bringing up 50 caps after debuting eight years ago in 2016.
Nic White starts in the halves for the third time in 2024 alongside Noah Lolesio.
Max Jorgensen replaces the injured Dylan Pietsch on the wing, who returned home after his calf injury.
The Wallabies will take on Wales at 4.10am Monday.
