Jake Paul is set to earn double the amount that his rival Mike Tyson will make for their historic boxing fight today.
YouTube star Paul will take to the ring in his latest lucrative boxing exploit, having enticed heavyweight legend Tyson into making a comeback in a licensed professional bout today.
It will be a historic event with 80,000 fans expected to attend the event at the AT&T Stadium in Texas, with millions set to also tune in on streaming service Netflix, which will broadcast the event around the globe.
Paul vs Tyson will likely be the most-watched boxing event of the year, and as a result, could generate record-breaking revenue for all involved.
Heavyweight legend Tyson pocketed a reported total of $450 million (£355m) in earnings from his legendary boxing career, during which he fought the likes of Lennox Lewis and Larry Holmes in some seismic events.
Tyson will likely earn one of the top five largest purses of his career when he will pocket a guaranteed $20 million (£15.8m) for his participation in the clash.
It doesn't come close to the nearly $103 million (£81m) he earned for facing Lewis in 2002, but it is certainly going to be a money-spinning night for Tyson.
The size of this purse could also increase depending on the total gate generated, which Paul has claimed could be the highest ever for an indoor US event.
Meanwhile, the YouTuber-turned-boxer has been able to claw some huge paydays while competing in the ring, with shows against Nate Diaz and Tommy Fury being his most lucrative.
Surprisingly, Paul suggested that he would earn double the amount that his rival would pocket, a total purse of $40 million (£31.4m).
The main card for the event will start at about 1pm today.
