Super Rugby Pacific: Hurricanes lead after Round 8 and Drua remains at 7th

After Round 8 of Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific, the Hurricanes lead the points table with 32 points while Swire Shipping Fijian Drua, who were on a bye, remains in seventh spot with 13 points.

The Hurricanes are the only team that has won all their seven matches this season.

The Blues and the Brumbies both have 27 points, however, due to points differential, the Blues are sitting in second place, and the Brumbies are in third place.

The Rebels 47-31 victory over the Highlanders last night has placed them in fourth spot with 24 points.

The defending champion, the Crusaders, has dropped to 11th place, and the Western Force is sitting in last place with five points.

Looking at the matches this week, the Drua will host the Hurricanes at the HFC Bank Stadium at 7.05pm Friday, the Reds will face the Highlanders at 9.35pm Friday, the Blues will meet the Brumbies at 7.05pm Saturday, and the Force will take on the Crusaders at 9.35pm Saturday.
