Swire Shipping Fijian Drua coach Mick Byrne has expressed his disappointment following the team’s poor performance last night losing 48-10 against the Western Force in their Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific Culture Round clash in Perth.

Byrne says the team lost their way in the match and they will go back and have a good look at themselves.

He says they will find out how good they are and the resilience they keep talking about in the next 24 hours.

Captain Tevita Ikanivere says they gained some momentum in the match but they lost it again later on.

Ikanivere says he is not sure what went wrong but they will go back and review their performance last night, learn from their mistakes and come back a stronger team next weekend.

Despite the loss last night, the Drua remains in 8th place in the overall Super Rugby Pacific points table with 17 points.

The Drua will now turn their focus to the Reds next Saturday for their round 13 clash at 2.05pm at the HFC Bank Stadium, Suva.

In other matches next weekend, the Hurricanes will host Moana Pasifika at 7.05pm Friday, the Rebels will play the Chiefs at 9.35pm Saturday, the Brumbies will take on the Crusaders at 4.35pm Saturday, the Blues will host the Highlanders at 7.05pm Saturday and the Force will take on the Waratahs at 9.35pm Saturday.
