The Germany soccer team has named a very strong side for the Rio Olympics.
Germany is pooled with Fiji, Korea Republic and Mexico.
Twin brothers, Sven and Lars Bender are two of the three over age players in the team while 2014 World Cup winner Mathias Ginter of Broussia Dortmund has also been named.
Arsenal’s Serge Gnabry, Julian Brandt of Bayer Leverkusen and Max Meyer of FC Schalke add more star power to the team.
The team boasts players that have more than 1000 Bundesliga appearances and over 100 top‑flight goals between them.
Meanwhile, Fiji has named Roy Krishna, Alvin Singh and Simione Tamanisau as the three over age players in the team.
Fiji will play their first Olympics soccer match against Korea Republic on the 5th of August at 11am.
