William Ryder is back and will be playing for the Silver Waters Barbarians 7s team at the Fiji Bitter Marist 7s this weekend.

Silver Waters coach James Hamagushi says they have been training with Ryder for two weeks and he is really fit.

Hamagushi adds that they are aiming for the top eight and anything beyond that will be a bonus to them.

A few players to watch in the Silver Waters Barbarians include halfback Joseva Kuruicuva, Timoci Davu and their captain Peni Tuiteci.

The Silver Waters Barbarians are pooled with Nawaka, Plantation Island and Police White in Pool 7.

The Fiji Bitter Marist 7s will kick off at 8am tomorrow with Tabadamu Blue taking on the Trail Blazers in the tournament opener at the ANZ Stadium.

Meanwhile Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Gareth Baber will be closely watching the two day tournament.

The Hong Kong 7s will be held from the 7th to the 9th of next month.
