“We will pay tribute to our brothers from Ratu Navula College and those who lost their lives in the tragic accident last week.”

Those were the words of Cuvu College Head Coach, Meciusela Navitio who is the first coach to take Cuvu to their first ever Deans final in the history of the school.

Navitio says they want to play for their western brothers, the Ratu Navula College students and supporters who lost their lives in the road accident in Nabou.

Navitio adds that they will be heading into this final as the underdog and have a lot of respect for the defending champion Ratu Kadavulevu School.

The Deans final time is yet to be confirmed with the Under 18 final to feature RKS and Cuvu College at the ANZ Stadium this Saturday. You can catch the live commentary on our sister station Viti FM 92.2FM.
