The Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s Coach, Gareth Baber says the team will need to be more ruthless in their defence when they will participate in the Cape Town 7s this week.
Speaking from South Africa, Baber says they know as a team that they have let down the country for their performance in the opening tournament in Dubai.
Baber says the challenge now is for them to retain their Cape Town 7s title.
He says losing is part of rugby and sometimes the players have a disappointing performance where they do not play to the standard that they have been preparing for.
Fiji is the defending champion of the Cape Town 7s.
