Nadroga lad, Archie Watkins was the toast for the Rewa soccer team yesterday when he scored the opening goal in their 2-nil win against Ba in the Pillay's Garments Champions league match.
Watkins slammed the ball into the right hand corner of the goalmouth.
The son of former National striker, Abraham Watkins is the highest goal scorer in the Tournament with three goals and said he was a proud man yesterday after scoring the crucial goal.
Rewa now leads the points table with eight points with better goal average.
Ba also has 8 points and sits on second spot while Navua has six points and is placed third.
Lautoka is bottom placed with two points.
