Warriors retains PRC

Air Pacific Fiji Warriors side have successfully retained the 2010 Pacific Rugby Cup by beating Bodyguard Barbarians 26 - 17.

The Barbarians were leading into the half time but Warriors came into the second half a changed team and applied pressure on the Barbarians defense.

Tries from Warriors came from Paula Karatu and Mesulame Soga which were converted by Taniela Rawaqa.

Rawaqa also kicked four penalties in the match.

Joe Nasilasila and William Saukuru scored two tries for the Barbarians but it was not enough to give the side a win. 

After the PRC finals yesterday, Taniela Rawaqa was also the leading points scorer in the PRC competition this year with 83 points.

Looking at the points table, after the finals yesterday, both the Air Pacific Fiji Warriors and the Bodyguard Fiji Barbarians were tied on 19 points, but the Warriors edging them out in points difference, third is Tautahi Gold on 14 points and fourth is Savai=i Samoa on 10 points.
