It’s shaping up to be another memorable weekend of rugby sevens in Vancouver.

Tickets are going fast, with organizers of the Canada Sevens tournament warning the public that Sunday’s games may sell out.

Managing Director HSBC Canada Sevens Jamie Levchuk says at the current pace of sales, they estimate that tournament passes and Sunday single‑day tickets will be sold out.

70,000 tickets have already been sold for the two‑day event – a remarkable crowd for rugby in Canada.

That puts them just 6,000 behind last year’s number.

The capacity for the weekend is 78,000 with 39,000 per day.

Fiji will play Spain in their first pool match at 6.36am Sunday, they will then face France at 10.08am Sunday before taking on Kenya at 1.40pm Sunday.

The quarterfinals will start at 7.08am next Monday, semifinals at 11.08am next Monday while the final will be played at 2.19pm next Monday.
