Las Vegas 7s champs, USA lead Pool A alongside South Africa, Wales and a 16th team yet to be confirmed.
New Zealand are pooled with Australia, Spain and France.
Argentina will face England, Scotland and Japan.
Meanwhile, the Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team finished in 6th place in the Las Vegas 7s after losing to England 19-15 in the 5th place final.
USA successfully defended their Las Vegas title after thrashing Samoa in the Cup Final 27-0.
New Zealand beat Argentina 26-19 in the Bronze Final.
The Americans now lead the HSBC 7s table with 98 points, New Zealand is in second place 93 points while Fiji is third with 84 points.
