Australian dual international Lote Tuqiri will be added to the Rugby Town Walk of Fame in Sigatoka today.
With the Uprising School 7s kicking off at Lawaqa Park this morning, Tuqiri will join Waisale Serevi, David Campese, Jonah Lomu, Ben Gollings, Viliame Satala and Karl te Nana on the Walk of Fame, a Hollywood style series of plaques on the main street of Sigatoka.
Tuqiri and Waisale Serevi are the ambassadors of the Bayleys Fiji Coral Coast 7s this year.
The schools that will participate in the Secondary School 7s tournament include Lelean Memorial School, Ratu Navula College, Navosa Central, Ra High School, Sila Central, Uprising Academy, AOG, Nasikawa Vision, Ratu Filise and Lomary Secondary.
The Inaugural Uprising School 7s kicks off at 9 this morning with Lelean taking on Nasikawa.
Police are the defending champion.
The Bayleys Fiji Coral Coast 7s will be held from tomorrow to Saturday at Lawaqa Park. You can catch the live commentaries of the Cup quarters from 3.40pm Friday, the Cup semis from 2.25pm Saturday and the Cup final at 5.30pm this Saturday on Viti FM.
