Three Flying Fijians to boost Naitasiri ahead of Farebrother Challenge

The Naitasiri rugby team is expected to field three Flying Fijians in the first HFC Bank Farebrother challenge match against Nadroga this Saturday.

Former Flying Fijians flanker and Naitasiri coach Koli Sewabu confirms that halfback Frank Lomani, prop Joeli Veitayaki and Mosese Ducivaki are training with the team this week.

He says that they need to be clinical against Nadroga.

Sewabu adds that other experienced players who are expected to play this weekend including Seremaia Na-ureure, Mesake Doge, Sireli Kaloucava, Etonia Rokotuisawa, Ben Sadrugu, former Nadi centre Cyril Reece and Meli Nakauta.

Naitasiri last held the Farebrother in 2013.

They last met in May when Nadroga ended Naitasiri’s unbeaten run in the Skipper Cup by 22-16.

Nadroga will host Naitasiri at 3pm Saturday at Lawaqa Park and you can catch the live commentary on our sister station, Viti FM on 92.2FM.
