Fans as far as from Savusavu, Nabouwalu and Seaqaqa flocked to the streets of Labasa Town this afternoon to celebrate Labasa soccer team’s historic Inkk Mobile BOG title win.
Labasa team players marched on the main street of Labasa Town with the Festival of the Friendly North Float Procession.
Thousands of fans came out in red and white to cheer for the team as Labasa has won the title after a long 22 years.
The Babasiga Lions beat Lautoka in the final by 1-0 two weeks ago.
Meanwhile, it will be a replay of the BOG final at 1.30pm tomorrow when Labasa will face Lautoka in the Vodafone Premier League.
