Team Fiji set to leave for Pacific Games

Team Fiji is set to leave our shore tomorrow for the 2011 Pacific Games which will start on Saturday.

After presenting their “I-tatau” to the President Ratu Epeli Nailatikau yesterday the Basketball men and women, tennis, baseball, bodybuilding, va’a, triathlon, squash, shooting, sailing and the men and women’s football teams will be the first to leave for Noumea.

Chef de Mission Patrick Bower believes they have prepared well to deliver results that the nation will be proud of.
