Tavua soccer team ready to face Lautoka in 1st group match of the Vodafone Fiji FACT

The Tavua soccer team is ready to face Lautoka in their first group match of the Vodafone Fiji FACT despite the team not being able to train well due to adverse weather conditions.

Tavua soccer president Pranesh Prakash saysthey have confidence in their players.

They have caused major upsets this season in the Vodafone Premier League as they have beaten Labasa, Suva and Rewa.

Prakash adds the whole of Fiji is experiencing bad weather and most teams are experiencing difficulties with their training.

Some of the players that will play for Tavua include Marika Rawasoi, Justin Michael, Sumit Goundar, Filipe Naulelevu and Husseini Khan.

Tavua will play Lautoka at 6pm Friday at Churchill Park in their first group match of the Fiji FACT.

Meanwhile on Friday, Nasinu will take on defending champions Rewa at 1.30pm while Labasa will face Suva at 3.30pm.

Ba will take on Nadi at 8pm.
