Suva to face Nadi in Fiji FACT final

The Suva soccer team will play Nadi in the final of the 2019 Vodafone Fiji FACT this afternoon.

Suva beat Ba 4‑3 on penalties in the second semi‑final after the match finished in a one all draw.

Iosefo Verevou scored the winning penalty for Suva.

Ba captain Malakai Tiwa and Kishan Sami missed their penalty kick while Filipe Baravilala missed for Suva.

Suva Goal Keeper, Simione Tamanisau following the win against Ba said that being at the right place at the right time had helped them win.

In the first semi‑final Nadi beat Lautoka 3‑2.

The final between Suva and Nadi will be played  at 3pm at Churchill Park and you can catch the live commentary of the match on our sister station, Radio Sargam.
