Action from the Suva vs Lautoka match.

The Suva soccer team is the first team to qualify for the semi finals of the Vodafone Fiji FACT after they beat Lautoka 1-0 in their second pool game at Ratu Cakobau Park.

Suva also ended Lautoka's unbeaten run this season.

Ravinesh Karan Singh scored the goal for Suva in the first half.

Suva maintained the pressure in the first half and in the second half Suva took a more defensive approach.

Suva's top defender Jale Dreloa suffered a injury in the match.

Suva coach Nathan Shivam says they had a game plan for the first half and at half time they changed their tactics. He says he is proud the way his players approached the game.

The scenario in pool b now is if Rewa draws their game against Suva they will also qualify for the semi finals.

The match underway is between Labasa and Ba and both teams are locked at 0-0.

The matches played earlier on, Nadi beat Dreketi 3-1 while Rewa thrashed Rakiraki 5-0.
