After dominating the Southern Zone Secondary Schools Rugby Coke Zero Deans rugby semifinals last week, Suva Grammar School is now back with more focus set on this week’s finals.

School Principal Segran Pillay says the teams have been preparing well, and having all grades through to the finals has brought out a lot of pride and even greater support from within the student body, parents, teachers and old scholars.

The Suva Grammar School U18 team upset their rivals Marist Brothers High School over the weekend.

Suva Grammar School will feature in the finals of the Southern Zone Secondary Schools Rugby Competition from the Under 14 to 18 grades.

Grammar will face Nasinu Secondary in the Southern Zone Under 18 final at 3pm this Saturday at Buckhurst Park.

In other U18 finals Cuvu College will take on Ratu Navula College in the Western Zone final at 3.30pm this Saturday at Prince Charles Park, while QVS will meet RKS in the Eastern Zone Under 18 final at Ratu Cakobau Park this Saturday with the kick off time yet to be confirmed.
