Wallabies and Rebels speedster Jack Maddocks will also feature for the side.
Australia must win the tournament to secure their Tokyo Olympics.
Australia is pooled with Vanuatu, American Samoa, Nauru, and Tonga.
They will begin their campaign against Vanuatu at 12.06pm tomorrow.
