Suva soccer coach Nathan Shivam

Suva soccer coach Nathan Shivam will face an awkward situation this Friday when he will go against his mentor and guru for the first time.

Shivam has played and won a number of games for Suva under the guidance of coach, Gurjit Singh, but this Friday the two will be standing in opposite sides as Shivam will coach Suva while Singh will be coaching Labasa.

Shivam says he never had thought that he will have to go against Gurjit Singh but he has to live with this fact and now has to draw a plan to counter Singh’s Labasa team.

Players like Setareki Hughes, Tevita Koroi, Sahil Dave, Waisake Navunigasau, Kaliova Tivulu and Jale Dreloa will feature for Suva.

The Inkk Mobile BOG kicks off this Friday at Subrail Park and you can catch the live commentaries of the Ba-Rewa match at 5pm and Suva-Labasa match at 7.30pm on our sister station, Radio Sargam on 103.4FM.
