Sharks overcome the Knights in NRL

The Cronulla Sharks defeated Newcastle Knights 26-18 in their NRL match.

The Sharks finish the regular season in fifth position, with their opposition to be decided following the Dragons-Bulldogs clash in Sydney.

In other results, Melbourne Storm defeated the Raiders 32-6, the Sea Eagles beat the Panthers 28-12, the Roosters defeated the Titans 20-16.

The Bulldogs will meet the Dragons this hour.
