Mohamed Salah has declared that he is ready for Egypt’s second World Cup match against Russia.
Salah was on the bench for Egypt’s opening game against Uruguay, with head coach Hector Cuper not willing to take a risk with the forward after his shoulder injury during the Champions League final with Liverpool.
Cuper says Salah is an extremely important player for them, and they have a good team.
The Liverpool superstar has delivered an inspiring message to Egypt fans ahead of facing Russia.
He posted a video to his Instagram page with the caption: “Ready for tomorrow. 100 million strong.”
Egypt will take on Russia at 6am tomorrow in the FIFA World Cup.
In the World Cup matches today, England beat Tunisia 2-1 while Sweden beat South Korea 1-0.
