The Suva rugby union club games will still be played this week as of now before the Executive Committee will decide in their meeting tomorrow whether to cancel this week’s fixtures due to the Skipper Cup match between Suva and Nadroga.
Suva rugby Chairman John O’Connor said some clubs want the games to continue due to consistency while others want to support Suva at Lawaqa Park.
Meanwhile, Suva will play Nadroga in the Skipper Cup at 3pm this Saturday and you can catch the live commentary on our sister station VITI FM.
In other matches Naitasiri play Lautoka at Ratu Cakobau Park on Friday.
On Saturday, Nadi host Vatukoula at Prince Charles Park, Ovalau meet Northland, Tavua play Namosi at Garvey Park and Tailevu face Macuata at Ratu Cakobau Park.
