It is all in a players learning process when at times he will be dropped for ill discipline but true character is when he makes a comeback and shows that he has learnt from his mistakes.
Those were the words of Digicel Fiji 7s coach Iliesa Tanivula on William Ryder and Lepani Nabuliwaqa's attitude towards training since joining the 7s team again after they were not considered for the last IRB 7s series.
Tanivula said the duo have assisted coach Aisea Tuilevu a lot in moulding a young side which will leave our shores on Monday for the Namibia 7s.
Nabuliwaqa has also been named as the co-captain of the Fiji team to Namibia with Nadroga number 8 Asaeli Boko.
Tuilevu will be in charge of the team to Namibia while Tanivula will guide the Fiji team to the Mini Games.
Nadroga outside centre Paula Karatu will not be part of the team to Namibia as he is injured.
