The referees for the Rugby World Cup quarterfinals has been announced.

Frenchman Jerome Garces will referee Australia's quarterfinal against England while Ben Skeen is the Technical Match Official.

Skeen was under the spotlight last week for his heavy influence in the Fiji vs Wales pool match and Australia vs Wales pool match.

Former Wallaby Drew Mitchell has even called for Skeen to be dropped because of his poor performances.
