Rawaqa and Tabua win top honors at Fji FA Awards

Lautoka soccer defender Kavaia Rawaqa has been named as the Design Engineering Ltd Footballer of the Year at the Vodafone /Fiji FA Awards last night.

Rawaqa is one the best left backs in the country and is one of the key players in the national team as well.

Rawaqa says he hopes to continue to do his best.

Labasa’s Jotivini Tabua won the Coca‑Cola Woman Footballer of the Year.

Kishan Sami of Ba has won the Vodafone Popular Player of the Year.

Lautoka soccer coach Kamal Swamy is the Carpenters Motors Coach of the Year.

Roy Krishna was given a special achievement award.

Meanwhile, Lautoka will play Nasinu in the Vodafone Premier League at 1pm today at the ANZ Stadium and you can catch the live commentary of the match on our sister station, Radio Sargam.
