Ratu Sukuna Memorial School today hosted a former student and Gold Medal winning 7s captain Osea Kolinisau to a Gold Medal celebration at the school.
Speaking at the celebration Kolinisau says the school played a major role in his rugby career and he is thankful for what they have taught him.
Kolinisau told students at the celebration that he was supposed to attend Dudley High School but his elder brother told him to join RSMS as Dudley High School was not into rugby.
He says he is happy and proud that he took his brother’s advice and attended RSMS.
Kolinisau also thanked his Under 15 to 18 coach Penaia Qalituraga who was also present at the celebration.
Qalituraga says Kolinisau had four qualities that allowed him to excel in his rugby career.
He says these qualities were truthfulness, independence, discipline and respect.
Qalituraga says they are proud of what one of their former students has achieved for the country.
