It will come down to the school that can absorb pressure when Ratu Kadavulevu School takes on Queen Victoria School in the Coke Zero Deans final this Saturday.
Last weekend, RKS had some breathing space to beat Cuvu College 23-12 while QVS played with a “Never Say Die” attitude to claim their famous victory over the tough Saint John’s College team by 15-12.
QVS captain Peni Narube Junior led his team by example as he continued to go forward and marshal his forwards to multiple phases of pick and drives along with his twin brother Emosi Namiqa Junior.
The twin brothers are expected to feature again this weekend as they have been part of this QVS team since Under 14 and have been winning the Under 14, 15, 16 and 17 titles.
The Under 18 final between QVS and RKS will kick off at 5.35pm Saturday at the ANZ Stadium and you can catch the live commentary on our sister station Viti FM.
QVS will face RKS in the Under 14 and 15 finals, RKS will face Lelean Memorial School in the Under 16, 17 and 19 finals.
