RKS U18 defeats Nasinu 46-0 in the last U18 Deans quarterfinal

Action between RKS U18 and Nasinu Sec School in the fourth Deans quarterfinals

The U18 Powerade Super Deans Rugby Championship defending champion, Ratu Kadavulevu School have defeated Nasinu Secondary 46-0 in last U18 quarterfinal at the ANZ Stadium.

RKS will now take on Cuvu College in the semifinal next week after Cuvu College earlier upset Eastern Zone runner‑up Lelean Memorial School 20-14.

Meanwhile Ratu Navula College U18 is through to the semifinal after defeating John Wesley 23-12. 

U18: RKS vs Nasinu

They will take on Marist who beat Queen Victoria School in sudden death after both teams were locked at 5‑all.

With no points scored in the extra time, Marist was aware that they have made it through as they scored the first try.

U18: MBHS vs QVS

In the U19 results, Lelean defeated Saint Bedes 40-10, RKS beat Ratu Navula 39-3, John Wesley College beat QVS 20-14 while Nasinu defeated Nasikawa 12-0. 

In the U17 grade, Ratu Navula defeated John Wesley 29-19, QVS edged Natabua 27-20, Marist overthrew RKS 13-11 while Lelean beat Nasinu 24-15.

U18: JWC vs RNC

This means that there will be a new champion in the U17 grade after defending champion RKS lost to Marist.

In the Under 16 grade quarterfinals, QVS defeated Ratu Navula College 15-7, RKS beat Nasinu Secondary School 20-13, Natabua edged Marist 23-20 in extra time while Suva Grammar defeated Lelean 15-11.

In the Under 15, RKS, Marist , QVS and Lelean have qualified to their grades semifinal and in the U14 grade, Grammar, RKS, QVS and Lelean have made it through to claim their spot in next weekend semifinals.
