David Pocock faces a potential suspension for an alleged neck grab in the Brumbies' biggest ever loss at home to Super Rugby frontrunners the Chiefs.
Pocock was cited by SANZAAR for foul play on rival No.8 Michael Lietch during a maul late in last night's 48‑23 defeat at GIO Stadium.
The incident went unpunished by the referee but the governing body's citing commissioner believed it met the red‑card threshold.
Pocock must now front a judicial officer hearing where his fate will be determined.
In other matches, the Blues beat the Jaguares 24‑16, the Kings beat the Sunwolves 33‑28 while the Bulls beat the Cheetahs 23‑18.
Meanwhile the Waratahs play the Rebels at 6.05 tonight.
