It will be the perfect time for the Fiji Airways Drua to register their first win against the Queensland Country this Saturday in the final of the Australian National Rugby Championship.
The two sides have met three times in the past two seasons but Fiji is yet to beat them.
Queensland Country beat Fiji 24-17 and 57-21 last year while they beat Fiji 52-22 in round 3 of the NRC this year, which was Drua’s only loss of this season.
The two teams are also the best attacking team in the competition with Queensland scoring the most tries while the Drua has accumulated the most number of metres gained.
The Drua will play Queensland Country in the NRC final at 3.30pm on Saturday at Churchill Park and you can catch the live commentary on our sister station, Viti FM.
