Pacific Sprint King, Banuve Tabakaucoro is making a comeback to athletics after making the final list to represent Fiji in the Pacific Games in July.
Other big names in athletics who have qualified to participate at the Pacific Games include, Kameli Sauduadua, Tony Lemeki, Petero Veitaqomaki, Eugene Vollmer, Ana Kaloucava, Elenani Tinai, Fane Sauvakacolo, Shawntelle Lockington, Heleina Young, Sisilia Seavula and Younis Bese.
In Boxing Commonwealth Games Bronze medalist, Winston Hill will be joined by his brother Jonathan Hill as they have both qualified for the Pacific Games.
The Whiteside sisters, Andra and Danielle have also secured their place to represent Fiji in Badminton.
Meanwhile a notable exclusion from the list of athletes representing Fiji was Yeshnil Karan.
Karan had won the 1,500 metres and 3,000 metres events at the Coca-Cola Games last month defeating national rep, Petero Veitaqomaki.
When questioned by FijiVillage as to why Yeshnil Karan was not considered to represent Fiji at the Pacific Games, Team Fiji Chef de Mission, Patrick Bower says Karan did not meet the criteria needed which was to attend one of the three national trials to participate in the Pacific Games.
The 2019 Pacific Games in Samoa will begin on the 7th of July and continue to the 20th of July.
